Author, Jessica Porter, is a macrobiotic chef, cooking instructor, and hypnotist who firmly believes what she shares will make a dent in your physique and psyche. Her experience with nourishing the body with wholesome foods that promote better health, well-being, and longevity, will also renew one’s sexuality. Enter the diet for the ‘mom’ or really anyone, wanting to feel better, in and out of the bedroom.
With a sassy approach to typical dietary cookbooks, Porter shares how she’s been personally transformed with this approach and revitalized her femininity.
Be warned, this isn’t your mother’s cookbook. Rather, Porter speaks bluntly and candidly about reclaiming your power through healthy choices. She incorporates ancient wisdom and metaphysical approaches to daily dietary habits and encourages experimentation with unique ingredients.
This book is worth the read, or at least the skim, to garner new ideas and a ‘fresh’ approach to a healthier life. But if you’re serious about changing your relationship with food this might be the perfect book for you. She speaks frankly, mindfully, in a no-nonsense, and sometimes snarky way about ones’ relationship with food. She also incorporates beauty secrets, thoughts on aging, and well, sex.
So, hold on to your apron strings, The MILF Diet is designed to give you a better relationship with food and with that special someone (wink, wink!).
